Psycho-educational workshops and educational support

Our Psycho-educational Workshops are tailored to provide information relating to mental health topics. The purpose is to convey scientific knowledge in an understandable manner to employees who can benefit from it in the workplace. The nature of the workshops can be offered to individuals or groups in a work context.  These workshops are brief and are of importance in educating employees about a topic relating to mental health, emotions or behaviour that may influence their everyday life.  Information is provided in an instructional manner with activities to create a practical and relatable element to the information sharing.
